Payment Options

We accept cash and most major credit cards, as well as Care Credit. Check payments are accepted from established clients only. 

Due to the high demand for appointments, we require a deposit for any new patient appointment at IVCRVA at the time of scheduling. We reserve 30-90 minutes for these appointments and no-shows or last-minute cancellations greatly affect how efficiently we can best serve our patients. 

Please note that this payment is non-refundable.

If you call to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will remain on your account for up to a year and can be used to reschedule your appointment or be put towards other services or purchases at IVCRVA. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in your deposit being forfeited to IVCRVA. This policy has become necessary to allow us to see new clients in a timelier manner and accommodate the increased demand for services as we grow. *Care Credit cannot be used to pay the deposit for initial visits.
