Megan was born and raised in Glen Allen, VA. She attended Reynolds Community College and majored in Social Science. After school, Megan worked in equine medicine at Woodside EquineClinic for almost three years and then made the switch to small animal medicine when she moved to Charlottesville in 2018. While in Charlottesville, she worked at an integrative practice, Animal Wellness Center of Crozet, where she assisted in their rehabilitation program, holistic therapies, and surgeries. Megan moved back to the Glen Allen area in 2022 with her husband, Preston. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, snowboarding, horseback riding, running, and spending time with her black lab, Mallard, and her cat, Baylor.
